For the better accomplishment of project goals the network is divided into three actions.
Action1: Dissemination of results
Action 2: Actions for network involvement into National and European projects
Action 3: Actions for further expansion and development

The sub-tasks of these actions, the deliverables and a timetable for the accomplishment of
these tasks are shown in the following table

The network coordinator (Prof. Y. Misirlis, Biomedical Engineering Laboratory
Department of Mech. Engineering) will be in charge to follow the progress of these
activities, while is also responsible for the financial management of the project. The
action leaders will supervise the progress of the deliverables of each work-package
and report to the network coordinator. The interaction between the actions and the
equal participation of all partners to the network goals is ensured through the
regular meetings of the consortium (one every two months). Decisions for necessary
corrective actions are taken
